Velocity Systems - Exclusive representation for the Czech and Slovak Republics
Velocity Systems was founded in 2007 and recently celebrated its 15th anniversary. From the very beginning, its goal was to supply mostly special units of the US Army and elite police forces with tactical, primarily defensive equipment, flexibly and in the shortest possible time.
More than 75 years of experience
Despite only being in business for 15 years, the owners of Velocity Systems have a combined 75+ years of experience in the manufacture of specialized defense equipment. Together, they created a company that is able to deliver to the market custom defense solutions and special projects that effectively respond to emerging, new risks.
Not just custom manufacturing
At Velocity Systems, however, they are naturally not only dedicated to custom production, but are also able to supply their customers with so-called off-the-shelf solutions. Defense means such as plates and plate carriers are already stocked in serial form in sufficient quantities to be able to respond promptly to the current needs of customers.
Mayflower RC by Velocity Systems
The brand Mayflower Research & Consulting LLC is also associated with Velocity Systems. The company of the same name was founded in 2005 (even before Velocity Systems itself) by a veteran of special forces, who then began to design a special lightweight and at the same time highly durable tactical nylon material for so-called military athletes.

Velocity Systems' broad product portfolio includes, for example, the following:

- bulletproof vests
- magazine carriers
- tactical and military backpacks, also usable for outdoor use
A partnership that grew into an acquisition
Although the Mayflower company was founded earlier, Velocity Systems purchased it on January 1, 2014 after seven years of successful cooperation. The reason was the effort to further integrate and improve design, production and delivery, increase the speed of product availability and also reduce the price for end customers. The original founder of Mayflower still designs the brand's products.
